Step 1: Access Your Connected Facebook Pages

Once you log in to your PageInteract, navigate to the Facebook Pages section. Here, you will see a list of all the Facebook pages you have connected to your account, along with options to manage leads, groups, bulk messages, and view conversations for each page.

Step 2: Select Bulk Messaging Option

At the top of the Facebook Pages list, you’ll find a green button labeled Bulk Message To Selected Pages. Click this button to start the process of sending bulk messages to multiple pages.

Step 3: Choose Pages for Bulk Messaging

You will be directed to the Send Bulk Message to Multiple Pages screen. Here, you can:

• Select individual pages by ticking the checkboxes next to each page name.
• Use the Select All option to send messages to all your connected pages.
