At PageInteract, we understand that not all leads are the same. To give you more control over your messaging campaigns, we’ve introduced two new filters: Spam Leads and Marked as Done Leads. Now, you can decide whether or not to include these leads when sending bulk messages.

What Are Spam and Marked as Done Leads?

Spam Leads:

These are leads that you or your team have marked as spam. Typically, these leads may be irrelevant or unwanted contacts.

Marked as Done Leads:

These are leads that you have marked as completed or handled. Usually, these leads do not require further messaging.

How Do the Filters Work?

You will find two checkboxes in the Lead Syncing Settings:

Include Spam Leads:

When checked, leads marked as spam will be included when fetching conversations and sending messages.When unchecked, spam leads are excluded from messaging.

Include Marked as Done Leads:

When checked, leads marked as done will be included in messaging.

When unchecked, these leads will be excluded.

Important Combined Behavior:

If both Include Spam Leads and Include Marked as Done Leads are Unchecked, no messages will be sent to either spam or marked as done leads.

This means the system will exclude both categories from your bulk messaging campaigns when both filters are off.

How to Configure Messaging for Spam and Done Leads
