By accessing and using the Services in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you shall not access or use the Services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with Page Interact's Privacy Policy.
Wherever used in these Terms of Service, "you," "your," "Customer," or similar terms refer to the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, including fees and charges for the Services. Changes will be posted on www.pageinteract.com (the "Site"), and, where necessary, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a material change adversely impacts you, and you have prepaid for a term, you may notify us within 30 days to opt out of the change. We may either apply the change after your term ends or allow you to cancel your account and refund a pro-rated amount.
Page Interact grants you and your Authorized Users a right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, as per the plan you selected.
